Sub-standard testing is as bad as no testing at all. We see many companies pay money for a test and inspect service, and it is not done properly.
Unless you know what to look for, you probably wouldn’t know any different and trust that the person carrying out the testing know what they are doing. Clearly in this instance, the client was not aware that they were paying for a pointless inspection.
