For just £25 per property, we will test the items you provide to your tenants. This usually means everything in the kitchen, the utility room and items such as heaters and vacuums.

Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate and full Record of Testing sent via email with our invoice. There will be no surprises and you can be assured you are compliant with your legal obligations.

Annual testing is recommended for Landlords. We can carry out the PAT during changeover, or arrange a convenient time directly with your tenants.
